Successful applicants are sent an e-mail or letter informing them that they should pick up their residence permit as soon as possible.
Application forms for renewing your residence permit and the list of documents to provide can be downloaded from the prefecture’s website.The residence permit renewal application must be submitted by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt two months prior to expiry of the valid permit, addressed as follows:
