Immerse yourself in the world of fusion!
From October 8 to December 19, 2021
The 'Fusion, Power to the People' travelling exhibition has taken up residence at the Docks Village in Marseille until 19 December 2021.
It offers a combination of scientific and cultural storytelling on the past, present and future of fusion. Developed by the EUROfusion consortium, it explains how scientists from all over the world intend to reproduce the physical reactions taking place in the sun, thus harnessing a new source of abundant, safe energy here on earth.
Using either a smart phone or a tablet, visitors can navigate the different exhibition spaces, finding clues to solve puzzles and discovering different characters. Once having reached the control room of a fusion facility, visitors are invited to discover some original technical and scientific experiences.
Visitors can also learn about the ongoing debate on the different energy sources, with the advantages and disadvantages of each.
